.

This post is an incomplete work-in-progress (current issue posted on 4th January).  Check back later for updates!

1)     Summary

As our Principal Marketing & Sales person, you will be an accomplished leader who will join us in 2010 and become the 3rd person in a 3-person Leadership Team we’ll be establishing in 2010 (along with myself as CEO and the GM for Discerning, Developing and Delivering what the Customer Wants (a.k.a. Chief Software Engineer)).

This leadership team will work together to ensure the company delivers on our vision for the future – including  the ambitious vision we have for a 20x growth in customer numbers (and revenue) with only a 3-4x growth in staff numbers.

Your particular focus will be on the growth and development of our sales capability, coupled with the utilisation of this growing capability to meet our revenue growth forecasts, based on the “shrink-wrapped” software developed by our Chief Software Engineer.

2)     Responsibilities

To be written about later, when we’re closer to hiring you…

3)     Your Core Competencies

To be written about later, when we’re closer to hiring you…
